At Mine Shaft Brewing, we’ve made sustainability a huge priority. We are committed to local farmers to provide fresh organic vegetables for our restaurant. We are also proud to supply local ranchers with our spent grains. We look forward to piloting programs with local ranchers to produce Mine Shaft Brewery-raised lamb and beef.

Mine Shaft Brewing is committed to reducing energy, water usage and waste discharge. Management will implement a wide range of brewery recycling programs for materials such as glass, paper, cardboard, pallets, and stretch wrap.
